We are doing roof inspections because of all the storms that went by a little while ago and was wondering when would be a good time for us to come by and inspect the roof for free? 

Because of the storms, everyone who lives in your area should be inspecting their roof. You may think your roof is OK right now while the roof is actually already damaged. The best thing to do is to check it (Prospect’s Name) to be sure. All we would do is go on the roof and inspect it, if we find damage we give you a free estimate. If we don't find any damage, we will give you a 12 month warranty saying our company certifies your roof is ok and if something ever happen within 12 months the labor to fix it would be free from our company. 

We were just calling today to figure out what time would you be home tomorrow for the inspection sir, you prefer morning or afternoon?

And more or less, how old do you think is the roof of the house?

I only have your last name here, can I get your first name so I know who to ask for when I get there.

What is your house number on Monroe Ave?

Of course, you are the home owner, right? 

And the last question, your home is insured by All State or is it State Farm?

You gonna need a couple of estimates for the insurence so you know they can make their mind .and there is no oblication to this. actully i would like to come and put a bit on it...i like to get you another estimate of course free of charge

you may think your roof is fine while the roof is already damage , we are not saying you do have damge, just to make sure you dont have any small one that could be easy to miss.
